Global Treatment services and Fortis hospital association with oman cancer association has organized international CME @ muscat Frazer suit on 21st May 2022. Educational session was conducted on role of haploidentical or half matched in curing hemoglobinopathis and hematolgical malignancies. It was a well attended meeting with specialized doctors from Oncology. Dr vikas Dua pediatric hematologist spoke on the need for sustainable bmt program and how Pt even without having a matched can benefitted with half match or unrelated stem cell transplant. Dr rahul bhargava adult Hematologist’s stressed about global collaboration to develop bone marrow transplant registries and accessibliies to bmt for all. Dr. Wahid Oman cancer association highlighted there work which has benefitted millions by way of awarenss not only in oman but in neighbouring countries.
